It will now start at 10.30am (registration is 10am)and will finish at 4pm. Still with the amazing breathwork and breathpower sessions as follows; SOAR Breathwork Day: Two experiential breathwork sessions exploring the energetic nature of breath. In the first session, after a brief introduction, its the BreathPower where you will be using your breath to energise your system giving you the opportunity to feel your natural energy flowing throughout your body, clearing energetic blockages and releasing trapped feelings After lunch In our second session, SOAR Breathwork, you get to experience consciously using your breath to change your state, switching yourself on when you need power, drive and clarity and off when it’s time to recover and reset. These courses are kept to a maximum of 15 people so book quickly to avoid disappointment. Please note attendees must register at 10am ready to start at 10.30am Latecomers will not be admitted to the hall Mats, pillows and blankets are provided Dave is very experienced and trained with the best teachers in India, which makes this event so authentic and powerful. Not to be missed, these courses have high regard and many followers, we welcome Dave to Kent Introduction to Dave Holloway and SOAR Breathwork Days Dave took part in his first breathwork in May 2019. That breathwork was Breath Power. Following that first experience, Dave was hooked and his continuing journey of growth and development into the subtleties and possibilities of the breath and breathwork practices began. Over the last six years Dave has studied and worked with some of the world’s leading breathwork practitioners, delivering breathworks in the UK, Canary Islands and India. SOAR Breathwork was conceived by Dave as the marriage of the teachings and philosophies of his two true teachers, emotional intelligence expert Sanjay Shah and world renowned breathworker Dan Brule. SOAR Breathwork is the fusion of breath energy with emotional energy. SOAR Breathwork Days have been held bi-monthly since March 2022 and combine two breathworks in a single, one day, event. What to expect on the day Duration 10.30am to 4.00pm A day with Dave and the onebreath team giving you the opportunity to experience both Breath Power, a multi-sensory breathwork combining sounds and music with guided breathing patterns, and SOAR Breathwork, derived from the emotional intelligence teachings of Sanjay Shah. Registration will be open from 10.00am, ready for a 10.30am start. Clean, sterilised, yoga mats are provided although feel free to bring your own if you prefer, otherwise all you need do is arrive with the intention to get the most out of the day. Terms Conditions and Special Requirements Participants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during a breathwork session. Whilst you will be supervised and monitored during the breath sessions, by taking part, you take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing.
