This is your invitation to pause. To breathe. To return to your own rhythm.
Recalibrate Retreat is a deeply nourishing space created especially for counsellors, therapists, parents, coaches, nurses, carers, helpers and empaths — those who hold others, often at the cost of themselves.
Set in a beautiful, natural environment, this retreat is a chance to restore, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath the roles.
Together, we will:
🌿 Earth — grounding our nervous systems with presence and nature
🌸 Create an Earth altar mandala — a shared offering of intention and beauty
🎶 Chant and move — gently releasing what no longer serves
🔔 Bathe in sound — through a soothing and expansive gong bath with reiki healing.
🍵 Share herbal tea — and connect in heartfelt, nourishing community
This is more than a retreat — it’s a recalibration. A return to balance. A reminder that you, too, deserve care.
Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate and supportive.
