Powerful meditation and development classes facilitated once a month by Dawn Rumsey or Gary Hewitt.
Both very popular and experienced spiritual trainers who will guide you to be the best you can be!
Each meditation will be different and you will enjoy relaxing atmospheric music, incense candles and crystals. It starts at 10.30am-11.30. We have a break and then development class is 12noon-1pm.
Meditation and development classes are suitable for beginners and those who are experienced. Every month is a different theme for meditation & development classes
(Also on meditation days: Mindfulness Class 2pm-4pm
£20 per class once a month)
Meditation is indoor and seated. You are welcome to bring cushions and blankets for your comfort.
