🌟 Exciting news! We’re launching group workouts at Brook Village Hall, Ashford every Saturday and Sunday designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more mobile, all while having fun and staying motivated.
Our sessions combine strength and conditioning, mobility, and cardio, so you get a full-body workout that’s effective, challenging, and suitable for all fitness levels.
Launch weekend: 28th February & 1st March, completely FREE! This is the perfect chance to try it out, see what we do, and meet the community.
Spots are limited, so make sure you reserve your place early to avoid missing out. After launch weekend, sessions are just £6 each.
