We’ll start the evening with our Talking Piece — a space where dads can share, listen, and connect with each other in a supportive environment. 👥

Then we’ll welcome Trevor Twohig, founder of TT Coaching, as our guest speaker. Trevor will talk us through ADHD and neurodiversity, helping us understand the value of truly knowing ourselves — and how to unlock the power within 💡
