In this hands on class the skills you will learn include searing and cooking the beef, making a wild mushroom duxelles and crepe. How to assemble the Wellington and cooking it to perfection. You will leave with the confidence to recreate this for friends and family at home as part of a festive feast!

In this course you will leave will a complete Wellington to take home and cook in your own kitchen. Includes takeaway box, but feel free to bring your own or cool box if travelling from far away.  Please note lunch is not included on this course.

This course is not suitable for vegetarians. Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
