Terms and Conditions – Christmas Shopping Trip
Booking and Payment:
Your seat is reserved once the £20 payment is made.
Payments are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by the organisers.
Departure and Return:
The coach will leave at 8:30 AM from SS0 0BW (Westcliff Schools) and return at 5:00 PM from Ashford Designer Outlet.
Please arrive on time as the coach cannot wait for late arrivals.
Age Requirement:
Participants must be 16 or older to attend.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Limited Seats:
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Your Belongings:
Please take care of your belongings. The organisers are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Behaviour:
Everyone is expected to behave respectfully. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
Changes or Cancellations:
If the trip is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
The organisers may adjust the schedule if needed and will inform you of any changes.
Safety:
The organisers are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the trip, except where required by law.
