This session focuses on crafted, adult drinks - not sugary mocktails made by just removing the alcohol and adding more juice or syrup. You’ll work with premium alcohol-free spirits and aperitifs, alongside homemade syrups, fresh citrus and local ingredients, to create balanced, complex cocktails with the same care and craft as full-strength drinks.

You’ll be guided step-by-step through making delicious summer cocktails, learning about flavour building, balance, how alcohol-free products can work differently to full-strength, plus practical tips to use at home.
