- **Event Description**: Worlds Within is a 3 week creative writing, art, and Yoga Nidra immersion for adults at Trackside Studios. Each session, we explore various artworks, "enter their world within", and write. A soothing Yoga Nidra journey (yogic sleep - similar to guided meditation) shaped by an artwork's colors, textures, story, and mood will conclude each night together. 

*No experience needed, only curiosity, an itch to write, and a craving for deep rest.

Dates: Mondays, October 27, November 3, November 10, 2025

Time: 7:00 – 8:30 PM 

Location: Trackside Studios, River Arts District, Asheville NC

What to bring: Yoga mat and any comfort items (blanket, pillow, eye cover), journal and pen or pencil. Chairs will be available.

Cost:

$129 for the full series

Sliding scale: $99 / $149 (choose what fits)

About Your Facilitator:
Kate Wargo is a writer, storyteller, Yoga Nidra facilitator, and creative guide based in the mountains of Western North Carolina. A former elementary teacher turned retreat facilitator, she weaves together art, writing, and Yoga Nidra to help others explore the landscapes within. Through her programs like Gallery Tales (www.gallerytales.com), Woven Word Retreats(www.wovenwordretreat.com), and The Poetic Body(poeticbody.substack.com), Kate invites communities to remember creativity as a way of coming home to themselves and their truth. Her Worlds Within series opens a portal where imagination, stillness, and story meet - revealing the hidden worlds that live beneath the surface of things.
