Winter 2026 Yoga Immersion

This is your invitation to go deeper!

Whether you’re preparing for a future yoga teacher training or simply feel the pull to understand yoga beyond the postures, Asheville Community Yoga’s Immersion Program offers a powerful entry point into the full spectrum of the practice.

More than intellectual study, this program is about embodiment, bringing the teachings of yoga into your body, your breath, your relationships, and your daily life. Each session blends experiential learning with thoughtful inquiry, encouraging you to integrate what you learn not just on the mat, but in the way you live, love, and serve.

Over 3 months we will delve into the full spectrum of yoga. This is not just about learning about yoga, it’s about embodying the practice. Through movement, breath, stillness, conversation, and connection, we remember what it means to live in alignment with truth, love, and presence.
