Are you sure?

We construct certainty around the labels we use to define us. Yet we are beset by contradictions. If we want to be free, why don't we leave that job or relationship dragging us down? If we want to be successful, why can't we get our to-do list cleared? If we want to be brave, why don't we speak up?

Authenticity is more malleable than we think. Each of us contain multitudes, and construct a self on shifting sands.

What if - for one evening - you didn't have to?

In this Whimsy Lab, we will experiment with our very sense of self. We'll play with status, emotion, expression, improvisation, authentic relating, internal family systems, and anything else that can detach us from our self-assumptions. We will expand the possibilities of who we are and who we can be.
