Our Yin Yoga practice invites you into long-held, supported postures that gently stretch the body, release tension, and improve mobility. This practice is accessible to all levels and offers a grounding opportunity to turn inward.

Following the yoga practice, you'll be guided through an immersive breathwork experience using intentional breathing techniques that support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and inner awareness.
