SAAM is a nationwide initiative dedicated to raising awareness about sexual violence, supporting survivors, and promoting prevention through education and community engagement.Sexual violence remains a critical issue on college campuses, often underreported due to stigma, lack of information, or fear. This training, Sexual Violence 101, is designed to empower students with the knowledge and tools they need to recognize, respond to, and help prevent sexual violence in their communities. Participants will learn about:Consent, boundaries and healthy relationships, How to support survivorshow to report incidents within their school, while contributing to a culture of respect and safety on campus.This event is hosted by Our VOICE, a nonprofit organization committed to ending sexual violence and human trafficking through education, counseling, and advocacy.
