About the event

Programming a Winter Strength Program for Spring Races and Track
Join us for an informative and interactive session with Miriam Salloum, PT COMT OCS, of The Runner’s Mechanic Physical Therapy Clinic, on Sunday, November 16 from 11:30am-1pm at Jus' Running.

Miriam will be covering the following topics:
- Strength-based exercises during the winter to prepare for spring track & races
- Planning an easy and basic program from either home or the gym to help decrease injury
- Form tips for better efficiency

Optional to bring, but helpful to have:
- a broom
- two hand weights or kettle bells (light or medium weight)

This event is FREE and open to the public! All levels of runners are encouraged to join! Please only park in Jus' Running parking lot.
