Professional Development Series (Fall 2019)
It's Professional Development (303)! This year, we have some great learning opportunities lined up - sponsored by WNC Diversity Engagement Coalition members and co-created with community partners, facilitators and various leaders from across Western NC.
This portion of the series launches on Thursday, October 10th, and ends on Thursday, November 14th. We will be meeting at MAHEC Education Building on 121 Hendersonville Rd. Asheville, NC 28803 with doors opening at 5:30pm followed by the class from 6:00 - 8:00pm.
The classes are focused on developing your professional skills, building relationships, and understanding and navigating environments using a lens of diversity, equity and inclusion. Childcare vouchers will be available for participants. Spanish interpretation can be made available via Cenzontle upon request.
NOTE: Registration will be open throughout the series and attendance at every class is not mandatory. However, there is an attendance requirement if you wish to receive a Certificate of Completion at graduation. ANY + ALL participants must be registred to attend.
