We are hosting an interactive workshop for cyclists and bike mechanics to help you move better at the shop and ride stronger on the bike. Expect simple mobility resets, injury prevention tips, and strength exercises you can put to use right away.
Plan to wear comfortable clothing you can move in. We will be doing light movement and interactive demonstrations.

• Mobility drills to offset mechanic posture
• Core and grip strength to protect your back and hands
• Safe lifting techniques for e-bikes and heavy components
• Strength exercises that improve comfort and power on the bike
• A simple mid shift reset routine
• A three-move workout every cyclist should do weekly
This session is hands-on and simple to follow. No experience needed.
