This class will guide students in planning a native garden to serve multiple purposes, including choosing species that are beneficial pollinator sources, important larval host plants, species for cut flowers, ornamental display, and edible gardens.Ben Pick grew up in Asheville and has been deeply influenced by his time in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Since graduating from NC State University in Horticulture Design, he has traveled and gained experience in many different gardens.
