This Blacklight Yoga class will be a space to reflect and release 2025, and sow the seeds of your New Year’s intentions.

Through this lens, we can find deeper connection inside, and allow that to transfer to our interactions with others. Let this space to be an intentional container to reflect to one another and finally accept, understand, release attachments we have held onto. 


This will be a dynamic yoga flow, catered to all levels! Yogi’s discretion to take what you like and leave what does not serve, set to melodic house music to guide the flow. This class will have a dance session before flowing on the mat, as well as a dance fueled closing session before proceeding back to the floor for some winding down and ease into the rest of your evening.

Blacklight yoga is intended to be a playful and joyful space, fueled by the glowing lights, your energy, and your bright, colorful clothing!
