Meat & Greet with Charles Lee of American Pig
Charcueterie extraordinaire, Charles Lee of American Pig, will be slicing and serving some of his best salamis, all the while explaining the finer points of whole hog butchery and the salami making process.
Guests will be able to enjoy the salami tasting and will be given 2 drinks tickets which can be redeemed for any of our local craft beer on tap or a selection of great wine by the glass.
At 6:30, guests will be invited to join our 3 course "Big Pig" Dinner celebrating whole hog butchery and Pan Mediterranean Cuisine for an additional charge (gratuity and drinks not included).
