Kelli Ovies joined Forrest Firm in July 2018 after spending nearly 12 years on the intellectual property and commercial litigation teams at Smith Anderson in Raleigh. At Forrest Firm, Kelli's practice focuses almost entirely on performing trademark clearance searches, prosecuting trademark applications before the USPTO, and representing clients in trademark disputes, including in trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
