This an opportunity for us to gently unwind subtle bracing patterns, release stuck energy, and reconnect/resource ourselves with our own grounded, inner power... so that we can move into this next season with embodied clarity, safety, and inner authority.

We’ll close with a potluck & women’s circle, creating space to be witnessed in this transition, and strengthening the network of our local community.

Sunday, February 22 - 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM

All bodies welcome.  Come as you are. 
Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, and a potluck dish to share.
