Through the language of movement and music,
we rise and root — together.

Each week, Walking Tall will weave music (flute, harp, and drum) with movement as we explore the Asanas of Liberation:

? Mountain Pose (Tadasana) — standing tall in self-worth

? Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) — embodying courage and clarity

? Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana) — opening the heart to renewal

? Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) — surrendering into release

? Tree Pose (Vrksasana) — balancing, belonging, becoming

? Savasana — the quiet freedom of simply being
