Let's Meditate!
Let's gather together in Carrier Park and enjoy a meditation in community!
This series is for all levels! Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert

Depending on the size we will start with an intro and introductions, set intentions, and meditate. Afterwards, if anyone would like to stick around and socialize or go on walk.

In these meditations we will focus inward and sit in the energy of love, peace, joy, & harmony with the intention that what we sit in will radiate out of us into the world around us.
