Dream, Design, and Align: New Year Vision Board Workshop

Ground your body, clear your mind, and create a vision that inspires your year ahead!

Step into the new year with clarity, creativity, and intention. Join Allison and Stacy for a three-hour workshop designed to help you ground, reflect, and dream big.

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow, pranayama, and meditation to quiet the mind and open the heart. From that centered space, you’ll move into guided journaling to reflect on the past year and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. With your vision clear, you’ll then create a personalized vision board—an inspiring visual reminder of the goals, dreams, and energy you want to call into your life. We’ll close with the deep rest of yoga nidra, sealing in your intentions with ease and calm.

All supplies for your vision board will be provided, along with light snacks. Just bring yourself, your curiosity, and a willingness to imagine what’s possible.
Start your year feeling grounded, inspired, and empowered with a vision you can carry into 2026 and beyond.
