They are inked and carefully placed on the inked plate, where you’ll build prints with clarity, contrast, and rhythm. This process invites both control and play, allowing you to create bold or subtle compositions through layering and repetition. No drawing required—just a curiosity for shape, color, and design.
We will be working with mylar sheets and acrylics on gel plates. All materials supplied, but you may bring your own acrylic paints and gel plate if you have them.

What is Pochoir?
Pochoir is a printmaking technique that uses stencils to apply layers of color, one shape at a time. Each color is added separately, creating images that feel both intentional and expressive, with a beautiful sense of clarity and design.

Students bring gloves if desired, beverage and lunch.
