Connection: Self Treatment for Couples

Connection: Self Treatment for Couples

Clients have been asking us for years to create a class to introduce their spouse to the wonderful world of Myofascial Release and we've finally done it!  And we're super excited to share it with you!

If you've ever heard yourself saying

“I tried to talk my husband through X technique but it didn’t feel the same as when my practitioner does it.”

Or “If only my wife could do this one technique…it would really help me."

Or "I really want him/her to get help with X symptom but, they just won’t make an appointment. “

Or "I would really like more quality time with my spouse/partner."

Or "I have no idea what to get him/her for Valentine's Day."

Then this is the class for you..and your partner. Whether it's a new relationship or you've been together decades, you will find new and fun ways to connect and support your partner. We will be sharing mindfullness and presencing techniques as well as myofascial stretching and treatment techniques that you can use with your partner.

Please wear comfortable clothes that allow movement. We also encourage you to wear layers or bring a light blanket as we all have different temperature needs. Bring a covered water container. And most of all, come with an open heart ready to have fun.

Light snacks will be provided during the break and each participant will leave with a self treatment ball to continue finding fascial freedom at home.

Ticket price is per couple.

We look forward to connecting with you.
