This smooth, spiced, and soul-warming creation starts with Highland’s Cold Mountain Cinnamon Roll Spiced Winter Ale, known for its subtle sweetness, gentle bitterness, and notes of cinnamon, spice, vanilla, and brown sugar. We reduced the beer down, blended it with sweet cream, and finished it with a swirl of Hop-made brown butter cinnamon cream cheese frosting.

Available Friday, November 7 at all Hop locations while supplies last!
