Walk-up spots are available for most public tours, but reservations are strongly recommended -- first come first served!TOUR DETAILS:Tours require a minimum of 3 guests. Guests will be notified via email 24 hours in advance if this minimum has not been met. Guests will have the opportunity to 1) be rescheduled to another tour date/time; 2) purchase an additional ticket(s) to meet the minimum; or 3) be refunded for your ticket purchase. At 9pm the night before the tour, any tour that has not met the minimum number of guests will be canceled and a refund will automatically be issued.Gather at the Tours Desk just inside the main doors at the scheduled time. Tours will last approximately 60 minutes. Punctuality is appreciated. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour to secure parking, check-in, use the restrooms, or browse the record shop!Tours start right on time. Late-comers may join in at any point before the group heads up to the recording studio, about 15 minutes in.TOUR PERKS:Our tour guides are some of the best in the business and are enthusiastic about Asheville's rich music and architectural history. All street parking is metered. We suggest the nearby Wall Street Parking Garage at the corner of Otis Street and Battery Park Avenue.
