Catalog Cupping - Counter Culture Asheville
This event requires coffee cupping experience; If you have not cupped coffee in a professional setting but you are interested in tasting coffees with us, please join us for one of our Friday morning Tastings at Ten or our Cupping Fundamentals course.
Like any agricultural product, once a coffee cherry is picked from a tree it has a limited lifespan. Our mission is to ensure the highest quality coffee, and freshness is a key factor. As the seasons change, so do the coffees on our menu.
Our monthly Catalog Cupping gives the audience the chance to taste every coffee on our menu during that time. Cupping coffees side-by-side is not only excellent palate development, it will empower attendees to make informed buying decisions.
