Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals class for adults!

Come join us at Open Source Jiu-Jitsu every Tuesday evening where you'll learn the foundational aspects of this practical martial art. Whether you're a beginner or experienced jiujitiero looking to get your reps in, this class is perfect for anyone wanting to dive into the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through essential techniques, drills, and concepts to help you build a solid foundation in BJJ. Get a good workout, meet new friends, and have a great time!

No need to worry if you've never tried Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu before – this class is designed for everyone. Adults and teens 16+ are welcome. This class uses the BJJ gi - we've got loaner ones you can use free of charge, so just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, and we'll take care of the rest!

Your first class

• We'll have you fill out a waiver on arrival and get you set up with one of our loaner gis if you don't have one already.
• Wear athletic clothing with full coverage, take a shower (cleanliness is important in BJJ!) and bring a water bottle.
• No need to register on Eventbrite - simply show up 10-15 minutes before class time.

Memberships & Pricing

At Open Source Jiu-Jitsu, your first class is free, and after that all of our classes are pay-by-the-class. No contracts, no binding memberships. Our Fundamentals BJJ classes, Judo classes, and Open Mats are all pay-what-you-want.
