Barre3 Pop-Up at The District

Barre3 Asheville is coming soon to Biltmore Park Town Square! Join us for a complimentary 60-minute barre3 signature class, designed to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and energized. No experience needed. Barre3 is a full-body workout, combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness.

WHERE:

• The District Apartments Yoga Room (all are wecome; you don't have to be a resident to join!)
• Parking: Go past the leasing office building and take a left at the first stop sign. Park anywhere near building 300 and/or around the mailboxes. The entrance will be the side door -- look for the orange barre3 sign!

WHAT TO BRING:

• Yoga mat
• Set of light weights (2-8lbs, optional)
• Water bottle
