What is a free store? The holiday free store is an event open to the community where all items are given away at no cost. It is community-based and environmentally focused!
Why have a holiday free store?
Sharing what we have in abundance
Coming together to build community resilience
Reduce dependency on a system that often overuses resources
Extending the life of items by keeping them out of the waste stream
Lightening the financial burden for someone who may need or want an item
Upcycle items for others for home use or gifting!
