However, only current Asheville Mardi Gras members get to take a slice of the king cake containing the little plastic baby. Whoever finds the Mardi Gras baby in his or her slice can become the next king or queen, joining the ranks of AMG royalty.Memberships will be available at the door for $30, but register online to avoid the line at the door.
