Log Cultivated Shiitake Mushroom Workshop - Ag Center

Learn how to take logs and innoculate them with spawn to grow your own shiitake mushrooms! The class will cover the basics of growing shiitake mushrooms and later allow you to innoculate your logs. You'll take home one (1) log you innoculate in class (a log will be provided).
