Around the City Park in Ashby, MN
Set Up 8:30am, Street Fair 10am-3pm

Out-of-town food vendors (meals such as tacos, BBQ, etc):  $50 registration fee (non-refundable) + $20 deposit.  The $20 deposit will be refunded when you arrive to set up for the Street Fair.

Out-of-town snack or beverage vendors (popcorn, ice cream, coffee, etc):  $25 registration fee (non-refundable) + $20 deposit.  The $20 deposit will be refunded when you arrive to set up for the Street Fair.

Non-food vendors:  $20 registration fee (non-refundable) + $20 deposit.  The $20 deposit will be refunded when you arrive to set up for the Street Fair.

Farmer’s market sellers:  No registration fee or deposit required, but we appreciate you registering ahead of time!


•	Registration fees and deposit are WAIVED for non-profit organizations, student groups, & food vendors from the Ashby community.
•	Registration fees and deposit will NOT be refunded for seller cancellations or no-shows but will be refunded if the Street Fair is cancelled by event organizers. 
•	Set up begins at 8:30am with booth locations to be assigned in order of arrival.  Booths must be removed by 5pm (when street reopens to traffic).
•	Provide your own tables, chairs, tents, power, water, etc.
•	Only one booth from each company/product line will be accepted, and this will be determined on a first-registered, first-served basis.  Email ashby5km@gmail.com to verify availability.
