About Gabby:
Gabby is a 200-hour registered yoga instructor with over three years of teaching experience and more than 18 years of personal practice. She empowers her students to take ownership of their practice, encouraging mindful, intuitive movement on the mat.
In addition to her foundational training, Gabby is certified in prenatal yoga and passionate about sharing yoga with first responders, helping them find balance, resilience, and calm through mindful movement and breath.
