MYCELIA takes its name from mycelium—the underground network that connects ecosystems and allows life to flourish. It’s a fitting metaphor for their philosophy: bringing together chefs, farmers, guests, and the land through thoughtful, immersive hospitality.

On Sunday, February 15 at 6PM, enjoy a three-course, seasonally inspired menu paired with wines that highlight local ingredients, sustainability, and the beauty of shared moments around the table. This is more than a dinner—it’s a celebration of community, intention, and connection.
