Together, we’ll celebrate the ancient practice of yoga — a union of body, mind, and consciousness — through mindful movement, meditation, deep rest, and togetherness in nature. ☀️?

As the days are long and full of light, summer encourages us to open our hearts, embrace joy, and reconnect with ourselves and the world around us. This retreat has been lovingly created as a safe, supportive, and community-centred space, where you can simply arrive exactly as you are.

✨ Throughout the day you will experience:
? Gentle yoga flow to energise and uplift body and mind
? Guided meditation, reflection & seasonal intention setting
? Restorative Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & immersive sound healing
? Outdoor relaxation surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature
? Time to pause, breathe, connect, and enjoy the peaceful gardens together
☀️ A welcoming and inclusive atmosphere filled with kindness and community

Whether you are completely new to yoga or have an established practice, all are welcome to this beginner-friendly retreat.

Tea, coffee, herbal beverages, and small nourishing nibbles will be lovingly provided throughout the day.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. If this is your first class or you need to borrow a mat, just let me know and I’ll happily provide one for you.
