Join us for 4 days in the Peak District near Ashbourne with yoga and movement, meditation, gentle treks, cold water paddling(swimming if preferred),  and a little creative writing in the heart of nature. 

This a wonderful retreat to celebrate the Spring Equinox and reconnect with the inner you and nature. 

Pause, connect, and be inspired.

Suitable for: All levels—no prior yoga, meditation, or writing experience needed.

Between activities, there’s time to simply be—sipping tea in the garden, sketching , or curling up with your notebook by the fire . A supportive, uplifting atmosphere will hold you as you rest, restore, and return home renewed.

Come as you are. Leave with a full heart, a quiet mind, and pages of inspiration

I have booked a pretty stone cottage in Ashbourne, on the edge of the Peake District for the retreat to take place

Neighbourhood information
There are beautiful walks on offer. Thors Cave is a walk away and offers superb views of the valleys below, while the picture-perfect village of Hartington is just 5 miles away and has a range of shops and eateries. 


Cost of this inspirational retreat:

Just an amazing £250 for a shared room with breakfast 
Or
 £450 for a room to yourself with Breakfast

(Transport from the West Midlands maybe be possible for an extra £25 )
£50 is required to book ( full payment 6 weeks before the retreat)
