Guided by an occupational therapist, a physiotherapist, dietician and a pharmacist, this intimate event blends movement, education and reflection to support hormonal health and overall wellbeing. You will be guided through a restorative physiotherapy flow, hear practical insights into women’s hormones and stress, and take part in gentle journaling to reflect and reset before the festive season. The morning will close with shared affirmations, grounding and a nourishing morning tea, creating space for connection and conversation with like minded women. You will leave feeling supported, empowered and more in tune with yourself as you move into the weeks ahead.
