Winter SOULstice: An Immersive SOUND BATH, YOGA & DEEP BREATHING Experience

As we approach the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, we are reminded that darkness is not just an ending. It is a doorway. Across many traditions this moment is honored as a time to pause, listen within, and welcome the returning light.

At KYDS, we hold this season as a sacred invitation to recommit to healing. In a world that can feel heavy, our Konscious Community Center exists as a steady light where young people, families, and neighbors can breathe, feel, and remember that they are not alone.

We invite you to join us, Rodney and Mychal, for a special Winter SOULstice experience:

KYDS Winter SOULstice: Sound Bath · Yoga · Deep Breathing Experience

During this intimate healing and fundraising experience, we will guide you through practices designed to nourish your nervous system, open your heart, and reconnect you with your breath.

You will experience:

1. A soothing sound bath that invites deep rest and release
2. Gentle yoga movement to help you feel grounded and present in your body
3. Deep breathing practices to restore inner steadiness, clarity, and resilience

The Winter Solstice teaches us that even in the darkest times, light is already on its way back. This gathering is both a space for you to receive that light and a chance to help carry it forward for others.

This event is also a fundraiser to support KYDS and the Konscious Community Center. Your presence and contribution will:

1. Sustain our space as a healing home in Asbury Park
2. Help us keep programs sliding scale, scholarship based, and free when people need them most
3. Ensure that cost is never the only reason someone cannot receive healing tools, community care, and a place to belong
