Slow down and reconnect with your 5–8-year-old through guided, sensory play.
Designed with Asbury & Neptune families in mind (all families welcome).

🌱 Arrive & Ground – Begin together with a calming welcome so everyone can settle in.
🎨 Parent & Child Sensory Stations (side-by-side):

• Touch: texture bins & discovery play
• Sound: singing bowls, chimes & rain sticks
• Sight: color, light & shadow play
• Smell: gentle aromatherapy exploration
• Movement: playful parent–child yoga & mindful movement
• (Optional) Taste: short, mindful fruit-tasting moment
  🌀 Mini Reflection Circle – Share favorite moments + take home 2–3 easy “play rituals.”

• Parents/caregivers with children ages 5–8 only
• One child per adult, please (this is a together experience, not drop-off)

Life is busy—school, activities, dinner. This hour helps families pause, reset, and truly connect, nurturing your child’s curiosity while helping you stay grounded and present. You’ll leave with simple ideas you can repeat at home in minutes.
