Run (or walk) a 5K course in support of local non-profit Lunch Break and cross the finish line into your choice of 4 after parties at Asbury Park's most legendary music venues. The event is expected to sell out in advance.

Priority Registration for 2024 and 2025 participants only opens Wednesday, July 8th at 10:00 AM. This is a limited window to sign up at a discount for yourself and up to three friends before General On Sale as a thank you for running with us in the past. 

General On Sale begins Wednesday, July 15th at 10:00 AM. 

Registration includes a donation to Lunch Break, Santa suit, race entry, closed course in Asbury Park, access to after parties (21+), and chip timed results. 

After Party Lineup: Brian Kirk & the Jirks at Stone Pony + more TBA at Wonder Bar, Asbury Lanes, & Lowdive. 

Suit & bib pick up will be on Friday, December 4th at a TBD location.
