• Find Your Center in the Beat: Playing a drum is a powerful way to anchor yourself in the present moment. We encourage you to listen deeply to your own internal rhythm and to the sounds of the circle, to find harmony and flow.
• Shared Breath, Shared Sound: No musical experience is required. The focus is on mindful listening and collaborative creation, which naturally reduces stress and builds a profound sense of community.
• Bring your own percussion; bring your open heart and willingness to participate.
