In partnership with the Arts Council of Kern we’d love for you to join us for a fun morning of artistic exploration at Tejon Ranch! Together, we’ll soak in the breathtaking beauty of its landscape and wander through the diverse Tejon Canyon.
Immerse yourself in the splendor of the natural world at our Nature Journaling event, where we will explore Art in Nature through drawing and painting! This gathering welcomes participants of all skill levels, whether you are a seasoned artist or just beginning your creative journey.
Join us for a delightful session that will commence with guided instruction to help you feel comfortable using various mediums, including pens, colored pencils, and watercolors. Our approach is relaxed and supportive—participants should not expect to leave with a framed masterpiece, but rather with a collection of sketches and creative expressions inspired by the beauty around them.
Following our introduction, we will venture out to two picturesque locations where you can capture the scenery and your personal experiences on paper. Bring your favorite materials and an open heart, and let’s embark on this artistic journey together!
