Winter Solstice Sound Bath

This experience celebrates the return of the light, both around you and within you. Through grounding tones and expansive frequencies, you’ll be guided to release what is ready to fall away and illuminate what wants to grow as the light begins its slow return. A beautiful closing to the energetic year.

Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)

Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM

What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.

Space is limited. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
