We’re trading Colorado pines for palm trees (at least in spirit) and throwing a laid-back Summer Luau in our courtyard on Wednesday, July 30 at 11 AM.

Expect hula dancers, a backyard-style Hawaiian BBQ, yard games, and plenty of time to just sit, sip something sweet, and chat with neighbors—old and new. Bring whoever makes you smile.
