Join empowerment self-defense instructor, Krista Hanley, to learn practical strategies to assert your boundaries with confidence. We will discuss and practice boundary setting basics (three levels - gentle, firm, and hell no), and discover how to identify what boundaries to set. Together, we’ll explore asserting our “No!” so we can find our true “Yes!”.

About your instructor: Krista Hanley is a writer, speaker, and violence prevention educator with over twelve years of expertise facilitating programs and speaking about the areas of violence prevention, trauma recovery, and self-defense. As a survivor of the Columbine High School shooting, Krista is dedicated to helping empower others to feel safer and more confident. She is a co-founder of the organization We Are Safer Together, located in Denver, Colorado.
