Join us in a serene and supportive space for an immersive sound healing experience designed to help you reconnect, restore, and realign. This guided sound bath will take you on a journey through calming frequencies and grounding vibrations. Through the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and other healing instruments, we invite in deep relaxation, peace and inner clarity.
Whether you're new to sound healing or a returning soul, this session is a beautiful way to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.
Your comfort is key to fully experiencing a sound bath. Please bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported while lying on the floor. We recommend bringing the following:
Yoga mat or cushioned pad, blanket and pillow or bolster for extra support, comfortable clothing to help your body feel at ease and supported during deep relaxation.
Most of all, come with an open heart and an open mind!
