Heart Connection through Essential Oils & Sleep-based Meditation Class
In observance of American Heart Health month, we have created this unique experiential class to help you connect with your heart's calling. In this class, you will experience the healing powers of essential oils and the sleep-based meditation, Yoga Nidra.
Learn how these practices can be applied regularly in your own home for stress-reduction, mind-body connection, emotional wellbeing, and improving the overall quality of heart health! Open to beginners.
About the facilitator:
Dr. Lynn has been on a journey of self-discovery since her early twenties while completing her bachelor degrees in Communication and Psychology at the Universities of Colorado in Boulder & Denver. In 2008, after completing her 275-hour yoga certification at Prana Yoga and Ayurveda Mandala in Denver, CO, Dr. Lynn provided wellness coaching, yoga, and meditation services to a diverse population of clients. During this period, she witnessed her clients access a wellspring of potential energy that allowed them to live higher quality lives through movement and breathwork. Curious about this innate evolution and committed to her mission in helping people access their highest potential through vibrant health, Divine intervention directed her towards the chiropractic path. In December 2016, Dr. Lynn completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Dallas, TX. From her numerous hours of providing chiropractic care to veterans at the Veteran Hospital in Dallas, TX; to serving hundreds of families across Mexico, Dominican Republic and Haiti during mission trips; to being a regular lecturer at the Metropolitan State University's Integrative Health Department; to her personal journey of being a mother, daughter, and wife; Dr. Lynn combines her passion, love, and energy to serve families at Our Tribe.
